Privacy policy

This policy covers asheentertainment.com, the website of ASHES, operated by Ashe Entertainment, LLC of Macon, Georgia. It explains exactly what the site collects, why, and what happens to it.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form on this site, and only when you submit it:

• Mailing list form: first name, email address, and optionally your city.
• Booking and contact form: your name, email address, subject and message.

Our hosting provider records standard server logs, which include your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. That is a normal part of serving a website and is not linked to any form you submit.

How the forms work

This site has no database and no server-side form processor. When you submit a form, your browser opens your own email application with the message already written, addressed to the band. Nothing is stored on this website, and nothing is sent anywhere until you press send in your own email app.

How we use it

• To reply to your booking, press or general inquiry.
• If, and only if, you ticked the mailing list opt-in box: to email you about ASHES shows, releases and merch. Every one of those emails carries an unsubscribe link, and you can also reply asking to be removed. We will not add you to any list you did not ask to join.

We do not sell, rent, trade or share your personal information with anyone for their own marketing.

Tracking

This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party tracking cookies. It sets no cookies of its own. Because nothing is tracked, there is no cookie banner and there is no personal information to sell or share. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals are honoured by default, because there is nothing here to opt out of.

Third parties

• Vercel hosts the site and keeps the server logs described above.
• Spotify supplies the embedded album player. Spotify may set its own cookies inside that player once it loads. Their handling of that is governed by Spotify's privacy policy.
• YouTube supplies the video. Nothing from YouTube loads until you press play, and the player is the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com version. Once you press play, YouTube's privacy policy applies to that player.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email lewisashe@asheentertainment.com and we will action it. There is no charge and you will not be treated differently for asking.

Children

This site is intended for people aged 13 and over. The band's recorded music carries an explicit content marking. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has submitted information through this site, email lewisashe@asheentertainment.com and we will delete it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Because it stores nothing, there is no database of your information here to breach.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
